When will you visit?

We're open daily from 10am. Book the time you would like to arrive and stay as long as you like. Last admission is 6pm unless we have an evening event that day, in which case last admission is 5pm.

Our evening events start at 7.30pm and have all the same features as the daytime with some extra special after-dark spookiness thrown into the mix plus special events - keep an eye on our social media for details!

On-site we have indoor and outdoor areas with aluminium matting pathways making us pushchair and wheelchair-friendly. Our free parking is on tarmac but depending the weather there may be some wet or muddy areas - bring your wellies!

  • Can I bring my dog?
Yes! Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome at Pumpkins R Us.
  • Can I transfer my ticket to a different date or time?
All tickets are non-refundable, so please check the date and time of your ticket carefully before you book. If you need to reschedule, click on "Manage Booking" in your email receipt.
  • I didn't attend, can I get a refund?"
Sorry but all tickets are non-refundable.
  • How much do the pumpkins cost?
Our pumpkins are priced on size, weight and variety. Prices start at £1 and go up to £25+. If you're unsure of how much your chosen pumpkins will cost, please ask a member of the Pumpkins R Us team, who will be happy to advise you. If you get to the checkout and realise you have overspent your budget, don't worry! We are more than happy to put things back for you, just let a team member know.
  • When's the best time to visit?
We get really busy at the weekends, particularly in the mornings. If you're looking for a quieter time, try us on a week day. We're open until 7pm (last entry at 6pm), so we think we make a great after school activity.
  • I would prefer a quieter session, when should I visit?
We are usually busy at weekends and during half term. Our quietest time is midweek. Please note that our displays have flashing lights and sudden movements/noises. We do our best to be accessible to all, so if you have any specific questions about layout/ access please contact us, we're happy to help.
  • Is the site wheelchair/pushchair accessible?
Yes! We work hard to make our event as accessible to everyone as we can. The site is completely flat and although we are on grass, we have installed metal walkways throughout to help with muddier days. We have disabled toilet facilities on site and if you need a car parking space nearer to the entrance, please just have a word with our car park team when you arrive.
